The Taylor Police Department is notorious for their horrible police practices. Just recently the ACLU of Michigan has filed a complaint with the FBI to investigate them for police brutality, excessive force, and racial bias. They kept that same energy in Walker's case. We have proof of police officers lying on the stand, back dating tickets, and conspiring to pin this case on Reggie himself.

JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT

In 2018, Reginald Walker successfully argued to the Michigan Court of Appeals that his judge, Michael Hathaway (pictured above), was biased, however, they refused to give him a new trial citing a technical error. He wrote a complaint to the judicial tenure committee, however, Michael Hathaway sat on that board so he never got reprimanded. His power and influence runs deep, with 10 other family members working in the same courthouse.

PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT

The Prosecutor on Walker's case, Sarah DeYoung (pictured on left) played a large role in his wrongful conviction as it is her job to make sure every defendant receives a fair trial. She allowed witnesses, as well as police officers and detectives, to lie on the stand presenting false testimony. She also misrepresented evidence and argued false facts to obtain a wrongful conviction.
